No Refund Policy for Digital Products

Digital Product Policy

All sales of digital products are final. Due to the nature of digital products, once they have been delivered, we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or credits.

What Constitutes a Digital Product

Digital products include, but are not limited to: e-books, software, digital templates, guides, courses, downloadable files, digital artwork, audio files, and any content delivered electronically rather than in physical form.

Delivery of Digital Products

Upon completion of your purchase, digital products will be delivered via email or made available for immediate download. The email will be sent to the address provided at checkout. It is your responsibility to ensure the email address you provide is correct.

Technical Support

If you experience technical difficulties accessing your purchased digital product, please contact us at contact@shzoomvault.com for assistance. Technical support is available to help you access your purchase but does not qualify you for a refund.

Product Description

All digital products are described as accurately as possible. By purchasing, you acknowledge that you have read the product description and understand what you are receiving. Claims that the product did not meet expectations based on assumptions not stated in the product description will not be grounds for a refund.

Exceptions

In the rare case of a completely non-functional digital product that cannot be fixed through technical support, we may, at our sole discretion, offer a replacement copy of the same product. No monetary refunds will be provided.

European Union Digital Content Exception

Please note that digital content is exempt from the standard 14-day cooling-off period under EU consumer protection laws when:

  1. You have explicitly consented to immediate delivery of the digital content, and
  2. You have acknowledged that this consent means you lose your right to cancel

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge these conditions.
